Dr. Samson Adegbite was born in Imala, Egba North local government area of Abeokuta in Ogun state. He is an experienced medical practitioner based in New York State and married with children. For Dr. Adegbite, the story of Imala Districts and Descendants is a story that must be told for the rest of the world to know. In keeping with our tradition, our fore-fathers told us that which was told to them by their fore-fathers, the story of how our culture and heritage came to be and how it’s incumbent upon us to tell the same story of courage, perseverance, unity, family values and spirituality to our children and grand-children.

As a result, Dr. Adegbite has taken the bull by the horn to organize, coordinate and unify the children of Imala natives here in America. Our history is available for members of our adopted community through educational programs, cultural activities and postings on the internet, particularly through our website. Please check back often to see what’s new and feel free to share with us some of the things in our culture that might be of interest to you.Thank You for your interest in the history of Imala Districts and Descendants Union.
